MONTANA

Park & Sweetgrass Counties, MT

A working ranch of 50,000-acres located north of the Yellowstone River in south-central Montana, this property ran 1,200 head of Angus cattle and irrigated nearly 1,200 acres of hayland. As their agricultural production goals were expanded to include wildlife and conservation, Paladin Ranch Group was asked to prepare a detailed carrying capacity model that would integrate livestock and wildlife production goals, as well as complete a GIS database and mapping projects.

WYOMING

Sublette County, WY 

This 1,250-acre property in Wyoming is located on the southern edge of the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem and had ambitious goals for wildlife conservation and commercial recreation, including stream and fishery restoration, bison production, winter sports and year-round lodging opportunities. Paladin Ranch Group completed a property assessment, project coordination, and extensive mapping for the property. 

COLORADO

Routt County, CO

Located in North-Central Colorado, this 1,500-acre property provided a unique opportunity to assist a newly-acquired operation in planning from the ground-up for a diverse range of goals including agricultural production, wildlife conservation, fishery restoration and recreation. Paladin Ranch Group completed a strategic master plan for the ranch and assisted in the 1-st year of annual planning. We also helped with stream restoration planning, 404 permitting, GIS and mapping projects, and infrastructure development.


Moffat and Rio Blanco Counties, CO

Over 76,000 acres of land owned by a large industrial company in Northwestern Colorado required a land management review to identify critical land holdings based on water and mineral rights, lease agreements, potential revenues, and land consolidation objectives. Paladin Ranch Resources completed an assessment of multiple land use objectives and comprehensive mapping to assist company executives and board of directors in making decisions on agricultural, natural resources, and recreational land use changes.


Grand & Summit Counties, CO

Located on 25,000 acres in the Central Rocky Mountains of Colorado, this property operated a very diverse range of programs in agriculture, conservation, wildlife, and recreation. Associates with Paladin Ranch Group completed a comprehensive strategic master plan, multiple plans for individual programs, a variety of mapping and GIS projects, monitoring and research projects, and annual planning for the property.
