Perry has spent his life in the outdoors and with more than 40 years of ranch management experience, he understands the complexities and the rewards of managing family owned ranches. Paladin draws from an interdisciplinary team of professionals that come from ranching and conservation backgrounds and have the expertise and experience to make things happen on the ground. Perry has managed ranches in Colorado, Montana, New Mexico, and Wyoming.

John learned the value of conservation and land stewardship growing up on his family’s cattle operation on the Western Slope of Colorado. His education and work in natural resources conservation has included management projects for private lands, Federal agencies and academia, and has lead him across the Western United States, East Africa and South America. He founded Western Meridian Resources in 2013 and lives in Berthoud, Colorado with his wife and two young sons.

Tom Sanders was raised on a ranch in south-central Montana. He has a degree in Animal Science and a master’s degree in Integrated Resource Management (IRM) from Colorado State University (CSU). He has 20 years of experience working on absentee owned ranches. Tom and his family own and operate a ranch northeast of Alliance Nebraska.
